Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026. This policy is written in English; if a translation differs, the English text applies.

1. Who we are

FXMAXPRO (the "site") provides educational content about trading, a free trading book for people who register with our partner brokers, and information about brokers, liquidity providers and technology providers.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

Our legal basis is your consent (you can withdraw it at any time) and, for running and securing the site, our legitimate interest.

4. Broker partners and affiliate links

Our broker buttons are affiliate (introducing-broker) links. If you open an account through them, the broker may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you, and the broker may tell us that you registered through our link so we can send you the book. The broker's own privacy policy applies to what you give the broker. We do not receive your trading account passwords or funds.

5. Who receives your data

We use service providers to run the site and to send email (for example our hosting provider and an email platform). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your email address.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email while you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so that we do not email you again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Every marketing email will contain an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Cookies and storage

The site stores your chosen language in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies at the moment. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

10. Risk notice

The content on this site is educational and is not investment advice. Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs carries a high risk of losing money.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
